Staking on a smart contract

Unlike many other cryptocurrencies, the ROD staking concept in the UMI blockchain is implemented based on a smart contract. It is a smart code running on the blockchain. It is designed to execute a sequence of specific actions. Like the blockchain itself, it cannot be altered, tampered with or hacked. The smart contract guarantees that staking will work correctly and all the necessary conditions will be met.

It excludes any shenanigans and the possibility of third-party interference. ROD token staking has more than just technical advantages - it is much more convenient to use and much more community-oriented.
